Your Savings are an approximation, based on our comparisons we find our prices are 40% less than the competition.

You have to be a member to earn a rebate. A membership cost $95 once in your life.

All our prices are cash discounted, you will lose 2% of your savings if you pay by credit card.

Members earn a 10% rebate everytime they or someone they know uses their membership.(Regular Priced Items)

Rebates are earned once the furniture is delivered and can be used on a future invoice.

Your furniture will not be delivered unless it is paid 48 hours before delivery.

Parks reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

Sometimes Manufacturer's descriptions are for multiple pieces, however, Parks prices are per piece.

The manufacturer warrantys your furniture, not Park's. They decide whether to repair or replace the item.

Imperfections on non visible surfaces are not consider a warranty issue ie. backside/underneath.

All non stock items are non refundable. Once a custom order starts production or a non stock order has ships it is non refundable.

If you cancel a stock item there will be a 10% restocking fee. This fee is based on the regular price before discount.

It is your responsibilty to make sure the furniture will fit.

If you pick up your furniture, it is your responsibility to bring it back if there is a problem.

If you receive the cash discounted price your entire purchase must be paid by cash, debit or cheque.

You must advise us of any damages to your goods within 48 hours of receipt.

A $5 admin fee will be charged when using yours or someone elses membership.

Membership privileges/rebates/restocking fees can be suspended or revoked due to negative comments made on social media which can be harmful to Parks furniture reputation.
