The manufacturer warrantys your furniture, not Park's. They decide whether to repair or replace the item.
Imperfections on non visible surfaces are not consider a warranty issue ie. backside/underneath.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to special ordered furniture that does not fit or furniture that is cancelled.
A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to non special furniture that does not fit or furniture that is cancelled.
The restocking fee is based on the regular price before any discount.
Canadel, Klaussner, Palliser, Kalora, Best Chair, Decor Rest, Sun Pan, Mazin, Uttermost, Amisco,
Magnussen, Pulaski and Wesley Allen are considered special ordered furniture.
It is not Park's Furniture's responsibility to make sure it fits into your home/room. It is your responsibilty.
All items must be return in as new condition.
If you pick your items up, it is your responsibility to bring them back if there is a problem.
If you receive the cash discounted price your entire purchase must be paid by cash, debit or cheque.
You must advise us of any damages to your goods within 48 hours of receipt.
